The Love Life: Agape
Faith can be understood as the force that receives the things we need for an abundant life from God. Everything Jesus purchased for us on Calvary can be obtained by faith: Our salvation, healing, victory over the world, the flesh and the devil. All of this comes to us by faith and within our healing circles faith is obviously a key subject of study. However, it is an often overlooked biblical truth, that this blessing of functionary faith that we so often focus on, works by love: 'For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love' (Gal 5:6).
My dear friends, I believe that faith is not working as it was designed to for some Christians because of a lack of love. Love truly is is the vital component for our desire to promote healing into our world, surely it is the most important attribute for the Christian.
